 Check In & Registration:

Sunday at 5:00 PM check in begins. We will have a brief presentation at 5:45 PM outlining the week and what to expect (parents are encouraged to join for the opening presentation). All campers only will be served dinner after the presentation. The First classroom session begins at 8:00 AM each day. Commuters please arrive on time.

 Check Out & Airport Departure:

Friday at 10:00 AM is our final check out. Due to flight schedules we will depart for the airport at 10:00 AM or just before. We will allow check out for commuter campers during the week at 7:00 PM each night immediately following dinner OR after the final activities at 9:00 PM. Parents please arrive on time for pick up.


Overnight campers will be provided with all meals but one. Commuter campers will be provided with lunch and dinner but no breakfast. Overnight campers can bring whatever snacks they please for the dorms. We ask that the campers to bring money for one meal out as we will head to the “strip” (a small block of restaurants and shops connected to campus) for dinner Thursday night.

 Packing For Overnight:

Linens: : The beds will be bare and towels will not be provided. Please bring your own Pillow, sleeping bag and towel.

Toiletries: Campers will need their own shampoo and soap. Sunscreen will be necessary for when we are outside.

Clothes: Bring tennis shoes shorts and t-shirts appropriate for physical outdoor activity.

Equipment: Snorkels will be essential to many of the drills we perform.

 Forms & Documents:

If you register online, we will receive all of the necessary forms electronically through the registration process and you do not need to do anything further.  If you prefer to register via mail and pay with a check please send the following to Bama Gold Swim Camp Box 870387 Tuscaloosa, AL 35487
  • A check for the registration amount made payable to Bama Gold Swim Camp Camp LLC.
  • The Registration form found under the Register by Mail Tab.
  • Signed Code of Conduct and Medical Release form (found under the “required camp forms” tab).
  • Copy of insurance card front and back.

 Refund Policy:

All payments for camp are final and non-refundable. Campers may switch dates up to 30 days prior to camp start without any penalty. If there is an emergency situation in which a camper cannot attend, exceptions may be made at the discretion of the head coach.
